Praktikaĵoj:
Ni havos sukofeston en Kopenhago la 24-an, al kiu vi estas ege bonvena, vidu la festeman inviton ĉe la retpagxo de festoklubo. Kunportu fruktojn, aŭ aĉetu ilin en Kopenhago.
La apartemento troveblas ĉi tie: www.findvej.dk/upsalagade10,2100 (Køie sur la pordo) Se vi ne kapablos trovi ĝin, alvoku Roĉjon (+45 2662 9484), kaj li informos vin pri kien iri por esti kaptita de samideano.

Kaj per buso de la roskilda stacidomo almenaŭ ĉiujn 30 minutojn (krom dum nokte) … la promeno al nia atendloko je la 25'a estas iom longa do ne hontu se vi paŭzos anstataŭ kuri … Ni atendos vin ĉe la 33'a porto.
Kaj pri nia slogano : Moralo, Iloj kaj Organizado;
Moralo: Baldaŭege ni havos festegon en Roskilde, al kiu ni povas veni tute senpage! Krome nia laboro subtenas la movadon!
Iloj: Memoru, ke la roskildaĵoj estas niaj, ni libervole uzu el la komuna stoko. Post Roskilde eblas kapti aĵojn laŭ emo, ĉu vi ŝatus havi tendon? Ĝi atendas vin en Roskilde post la festivalo. Ĉu mankas al vi dormsako? Ĝi vin atendas post Roskilde. Kaj se vi kolektos sakegon da aĵoj post Roskilde ni povas ĝin stoki sekure en la loko, kie ni havas la sukofeston, por la venonta jaro, tiel vi tiam ne bezonos kunporti tendon, dormsakon, matracojn ktp. kiujn vi trovos post la festivalo.
Organizado: Krom ke ni malfrue alvokis por kapti esperantistojn ni fakte fartas bone ĉi-jare, nia teamo estas almenaŭ 8 homojn granda kaj ni volonte priparolas kaj diskutas indaĵojn por zorgi, ke la RF-aranĝo pliboniĝu - Bonvolu aldoni vian komenton, antaŭ, dum kaj post la festivalego.
Dankon pro la subteno, kiun vi montras per via partopreno! Ni vere strebas, ke estu bonega festivalo por ĉiuj! Kune ni sukcesu!

If you reply to this message with information when you want to work (and when not), and with whom, we will try to fulfil your wishes. Off course we cannot guarantee it. We try hard though!
Practical affairs:
We will have a sukofesto (juice party) in Copenhagen on the 24th, to which you are most welcome. Bring fruit with you, or buy it in Copenhagen.
The apartment can be found here: www.findvej.dk/upsalagade10,2100 (the door with Køie). If you cannot find it, call Roĉjo (+45 2662 9484), and he will tell you where to go to meet us.
Here is a list of useful things to bring along: Sleeping bag Lamp, if possible to wear on your head Warm clothes Cold clothes Swimwear (if you don't like to swim naked) Sunglasses Sun cream Anti-mosquito Tent - if you need some privacy (group tents will be filled up as needed)
This list is dreadfully short, please help us organisers by suggesting more stuff to bring, that is if you bother to reply to this mail at all … ;)
If you come directly to Roskilde go to this place: http://findvej.dk/55.61794,12.09269?zoom=15&maptype=1, it can easily be reached on foot from train station Roskilde before 18:00 on the 25th. Or by bus every 30 minutes from Roskilde station (except at night). The walk to our waiting place on the 25th is a bit long, so don't be ashamed to take your time instead of running… We will see you at gate 33. That is where the arrow on this map is located. Roskilde station is directly north of there (follow the road by dragging).
And about our slogan: Moral, Tools and Organisation:
Moral: Very soon we will have a big party in Roskilde which we can visit completely free of charge! And our work helps the Danish Esperanto Youth! That would be us organisers and our goals, furthermore do know that we honestly attempt to, and go to some length, to make you feel not only welcome but also appreciated! Support us as we strive to support you! Tank you! It is all of our cooperation that will make this festival unforgettable!
Tools: Remember, that the things at Roskilde are ours, use whatever you need from the common stock. After Roskilde you can take all the things you want: would you like a tent? It's there for you after the festival. Do you need a sleeping bag? It's there to take. And if you collect a large bag of things after Roskilde you can leave it at the place where we had the sukofesto for next year, so you don't have to carry a lot home, just to drag it back next year.
Organisation: Besides having some trouble finding people in the beginning we are now doing pretty well, our leader team has right now 8 people, and we like to discuss things to make the event even better - Please give your comments before, during and after the festival.
Thank you for your help shown by participating! We will do our best to achieve that each and every one of you have a GREAT FESTIVAL!!! Together we will succeed!
